2.PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE
BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”) and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”), is announcing that it has completed its selection process for the following services:
- 24.7.365 Managed Security Service (MSS).

Supplier: The Herjavec Group Inc., 180 Duncan Mill Road, 7th floor, Toronto, Canada M3B 1Z6
Value of the successful tender: $ 908,302.5 CAD
Date of award: September 8, 2021
If limited tendering was used, conditions and circumstances described in Article 513 that justified its use: For additional deliveries by the original supplier of goods or services that were not included in the initial procurement. A change of supplier for such additional services cannot be made for economic / technical reasons. It would cause significant inconvenience and substantial duplication of costs for the BDC.
