Description

BDC is seeking one or a combination of best-in-class agencies with a performance-first mindset that have the capabilities to deliver on the 360º advertising ecosystem. More specifically on the following areas of expertise:

Strategy – including planning and comprehensive brand positioning and marketing strategies;
Traditional Media – including strategic planning, buying, and performance of traditional media channels;
Digital Media – including strategic planning, buying, and performance of digital and other emerging media channels (such as connected TV, online radio, etc.);
Creative and production services – including the planning, development and delivery of creative in various formats for both tactical initiatives and large production mandates.

The supplier may bid, in whole or in part, for the areas of expertise listed above. However, the supplier must bid for the whole area of expertise for which it is bidding.
