Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) and the City of Surrey to Non-Profit societies to submit proposals for the provision of design, build and operation of a housing development intended to provide an Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing with support services, including those provided by Fraser Health, to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness at 140th Street and Green Timbers Way, City of Surrey.
The selected Non Profit Society will have strong partnership abilities and successful Development and Operations experience in housing developments for a tenant population that is in a similar neighbourhood context.
