Description

The BCGEU Kamloops area office currently has a large meeting room that has no ceiling and is wide open to the rafter of the building which causes a lot of echo. The room is approx. 1200sq ft (+/- 43’ x 28’). Ceiling is approx. 18.5’ high and lights are 12’ AFF. Please see attached Appendix A for Ceiling plan and images. Acoustical Engineering Assessment and Report incorporating recommended upgrade work. We desire for full engineering services which includes supply, delivery, installation, and warranty (either in-house or sub-contracted) for the Acoustical Upgrades. Multiple and Alternate proposals to support this may be submitted.

Due to Covid19 please email us for any Site Visit requests. We will schedule it during the week of Mar 01 – Mar 10. All provincial safety protocols will be followed which include but not limited to wearing masks, sanitizing hands, social distancing and maintaining an attendee log.
