THe Corporation of the Town of Bancroft is seeking proposals on the tendering of two (2) hybrid vehicles. The details of the tender provide all of the relevant information, however, for refernece a portion of the RFP is listed below:
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The following must be included with the submission:
i. Total price for two (2) SUV Hybrid and/or Hybrid mid-size Pickup (or combination thereof), 4-wheel drive and/or all-wheel drive, including the following:
a. Cruise, Air, Power doors/windows
b. Gasoline Hybrid
c. 4 doors
d. Cloth interior
e. Block heater
f. Rubber matting
g. Colour is not a factor
h. All terrain off road tires
i. Must be in stock on lot and not special ordered.
ii. Timeframe of expected delivery of the above vehicles included in this RFP.
iii. Addends will be posted online at www.bancroft.ca
iv. Proposals will be opened privately after the proposal closing time.
v. All submissions in response to this RFP will become the property of the Town. Applicants should be aware that the Town is subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and, as such, all submissions may be subject to disclosure by the Town in accordance with the provisions of MFIPPA.
