Required services
The Autorité des marchés financiers, on its own behalf, and on behalf of the British Colombia Securities Commission (“BCSC”), the Alberta Securities Commission (“ASC”) and the Ontario Securities Commission (“OSC”) (hereinafter the “PRINCIPAL ADMINISTRATORS”) is issuing this public call for tenders to retain a service provider to provide professional and experienced resources in order to perform audits of the Canadian Securities Administrators (“CSA”) National Systems Renewal Program (“NSRP”), for a maximum period of six (6) years, including two (2) option years, in accordance with the specifications described in Article 4. The services will be provided to the PRINCIPAL ADMINISTRATORS, on behalf and for the use and benefit of the members of the CSA and others.
The selected enterprise will be the one that submits to the Autorité des marchés financiers the tender that provides the best value in light of the needs and requirements set forth in this public call for tenders. The Autorité des marchés financiers will select only one service provider for the entire term of the agreement, including the renewals.
The selected tenderer pursuant to this public call for tenders will be required to sign the agreement annexed hereto as Schedule 4 – Agreement with the PRINCIPAL ADMINISTRATORS.
This call for tenders is issued in both French and English language. The French version of the tender documents prevails over the English version, with the exception of the agreement annexed hereto as Schedule 4 – Agreement.
