NOTICE OF PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS

The Montreal Port Authority (“MPA”) wishes to lease two (2 ) locomotives for a period of 36 months. Please refer to the attached documents for a complete description of this Call for Tenders and ensure that you meet the following date(s):

Date and location of tender submittal and closing: November 30th, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) directly on the www.merx.com website.

Your tender shall be submitted to the MPA electronically through the www.merx.com website. If you are unable to submit a tender to the MPA, please acknowledge receipt of this invitation and provide a brief explanation.

Any questions or requests for clarification concerning this Call for Tenders shall be sent by email to the file manager, Ms. Annie Cappiello at cappielloa@port-montreal.com. The email subject line shall indicate: “Question – CFT No MPA-2018-10023456”.

Security clearances issued by Transport Canada are required.

The MPA reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders received.
