Description

To provide Waste Water preventative maintenance, environmental water treatment and related environmental products and Services as it relates to Fats, Oils and Greases (FOG), in addition to other waste water odor control concerns on a scheduled basis.
The Purchaser intends to award the Agreement to one (1) Proponent.

The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a three (3) year period, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the Term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional years.

The agreement will be signed on or around November 1, 2018, and no obligation on the part of the Purchaser to purchase Services shall arise until such time as the Agreement is signed.
