Description of Deliverables

• Executive coaching using LEAN principles, methodologies and tools based on the Toyota Production System.
• Application of techniques and tools to support leader development through “learn-by-doing”.
• Focus on effectively meeting customer needs while increasing efficiencies through LEAN principle of flow, visual management and standard work.
• Leader coaching in support of systematic problem-.solving and continuous process improvement. 
  Requirements  and may include any or all of the services in the Scope of Work outlined in     Appendix  F.
   
  The Purchaser shall require Vendors of Record (VOR) to provide submissions e.g. cost quotations or proposals on an invitational, as required, resource to resource basis during the Term Period for these services.

• Structured  three-times-per week leader coaching sessions for up to ten (10)  senior leaders (Directors, Managers) on Lean principles, methodologies, tools, and applications.
• Coaching services to include in-person or virtual fifteen (15) minute sessions three (3) times per week per coachee.
• Email response from coach to coaches on “reflections” and “homework” assigned.
• Telephone or email availability and response between coach and coachee
• Monthly site visits (two (2) per month) for /  but not limited to in-person sessions with coachees.  May include supporting leader in cultural transformation initiative and strategically imperative projects.
• Regular progress reports to Vice President of Innovation and Strategy on the efficacy and value of the coaching relationship between coach and coachee.
