Description

The following is a general outline of the requirements under this contract:

The work consists of the supply of all labour, supervision, materials, equipment and services necessary to provide for the Algonquin College Woodroffe Campus, 1385 Woodroffe Avenue, all facilities as indicated on the Plans and Specifications as prepared by Morrison Hershfield Limited, 2440 Don Reid Drive, Ottawa, ON K1H 1E1.

The work consists of the following general parts:  Excavation of the pond  Supply and installation of the pre-cast outlet control structure  Construction of berms and other facility features  Construction of stone dust pedestrian pathway  Construction of gravel surfaced access road and turnaround

A modified OPS Unit Price Contract forms the basis of this contract. All bidders are instructed to base their tenders on the following documents: a) Table of Content - Section 00001 b) Scope of Work - Section 00080 c) Instructions to Bidders - Section 00100 d) Tender Form - Section 00300 e) List of Drawings and Specs - 00900 f) Any addenda issued before tenders are opened.
