Description

Algonquin College invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for Food, Snack and Hot Beverage Vending Services at the Ottawa Campus.
Exclusions – Cold Beverages offered or in competition with current cold vending agreement with Coke Canada.
A pre-bid campus Site Visit Tour will be held to complete a site walk of buildings where current vending machines are located on April 5, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
Attendance at the pre-bid Site Visit is strongly encouraged. Registration through Bonfire is required, and at which time exact meeting location at the Ottawa Campus will be advised. Maximum two (2) vendor employees may attend.

Questions must be submitted through the Bonfire Bidding System.
