Algonquin College is implementing a new SaaS based Student Information System (SIS) with complex integrations to other internal systems. As such, we are currently seeking a Business Analyst, who has experience in analyzing, identifying and solving problems affecting the business solution on a large transformational initiative to join our Ottawa, Ontario team. Algonquin College has a requirement for a Business Analyst who will work with College stakeholders as it relates to the SIS project. The incumbent will engage with clients to document their business requirement, process/flows, and create current/future state maps, such that the technical team can develop a solution/product. The incumbent will also be responsible for learning the SIS in such a way that will allow for them to facilitate detailed testing of the system, and supporting the development of training materials and execution of training with end users.
