Description

ACA operates in a robust technology environment and is requesting proposals from qualified providers related to IT Managed services. ACA has on average 80 full time employees, 15 board members and 20 – 25 seasonal employees working across six (6) locations in Alberta. ACA has seven (7) physical servers and seven (7) virtual servers, of which one of the virtual servers is contractor provided. Physical servers are in Sherwood Park, Rocky Mountain House, Cochrane, Peace River and Lethbridge. ACA deploys six (6) next-gen firewalls, multiple switches, and wireless access points across the organization. ACA has an annual operating budget of roughly $18 million annually.

All pricing should be quoted in CDN dollars. Pricing should be outlined as per the guidelines of section 3.6 with itemized costs for each point. Do not lump all costs into one quote, it is the expectation that the proponent will provide a base monthly service fee, with all other costs being in addition to and optional.
