Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select one (1) preferred proponent to enter into an Agreement for the provision of YHC Fuel Oil Supply 2020-2023.

The Agreement term shall be for three (3) years August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2023. The YHC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend this Agreement for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. There shall be no right for a renewal beyond the total contract term of Five (5) years. The YHC shall not incur any liability should it choose not to exercise it exclusive option to renew the Agreement.
