2020-017 - L180 Construction Supervisor

The Corporation is issuing this Request for Proposal from this point on referred to as the “RFP” for
the purpose of obtaining proposals for the Construction Supervision Services to manage the
successful replacement of a 31 km section of the transmission line between Mayo and McQuesten in
2020, replacing the existing 69 kV line and upgrading to 138kV.

The new line will be constructed as per the Corporation’s 138 kV standards while operating at 69 kV.
After the commissioning of the new line, the existing 69 kV line will be decommissioned. Procurement
of material has begun, with construction planned to occur between August and December of 2020.
Background information and a detailed Scope of Services are provided in the Schedules and where
indicated in Appendices attached to this Solicitation.
