RE: Request for Proposal 18-21 – Construction Management Services – Various Locations
("RFP")
Registration Deadline: 17 May 2018 up to and including 4:00:00 PM Closing Date: 15 June 2018
Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation ("CHC") invites Submissions in connection with the above-noted RFP to provide construction management services for the full development and construction of: a new 87,000 sq.ft., 8-storey multi-residential building to the Passive House
Standard; and the deep energy retrofitting of a 212,840 sq.ft., 20-storey multi-residential building and a 14,620 sq.ft., 2-storey multi-residential building, both to the EnerPHit standard. To access the
RFP, related documents and notifications and be eligible to make a Submission, Suppliers must
register with CHC by the above noted registration deadline. If the registration deadline is missed, the Supplier will not be eligible to make a Submission to the RFP. Suppliers should also note that
there is mandatory training that must be completed in order to make a Submission to the RFP. This
training will be in Oakville, ON from May 23rd to May 25th. To register for this training, please contact
