Description

The Municipality of West Nipissing Community Services Department, is seeking proposals from qualified
professional architectural and engineering firms, to conduct Building Condition Assessments on various
existing facilities. The scope of work shall consist but not limited to: Comprehensive non-destructive
inspections, review of documents provided by the Municipality, submitting a final report including a
Class D Opinion of probable cost, and a 10 year capital maintenance plan outlining potential short and
long term maintenance expense as detailed in the RFP document
