Description

This Request for Proposals is issued by Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care for the purpose of obtaining Proposals for support, maintenance, and extended warranty services for the telecommunication system based on the Avaya System/Session/Communication Manager release 8.1 vmWare Platform, Avaya Aura Messaging 7.1, auxiliary application systems such as CMS and AWFOS and select Crestron/Biamp SIP endpoints, as well as the SIP Spectralink wireless devices.
