Waypoint 24-01-25 - Regional Coordinated Access to Care – Current State Assessment for MHA & A

Ontario Health’s Central Region is seeking to develop a regional coordinated access approach for mental health and addictions services to improve timely and seamless access to appropriate mental health and addiction services for residents of the region. Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care (Waypoint), as the fund holder on behalf of the region, and with the guidance of the Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence and Ontario Health Central Region, is seeking to procure a vendor to complete a current state assessment of coordinated access and central intake mechanisms across the region and to provide evidence-based advice on a regional coordinated access model for the MHA sector.
