Waypoint 18-11-28 - Leader Standard Work

To perform an organizational readiness assessment including recommendations to support the development and implementation of leader standard work to support an accountable and high performing culture in keeping with the Hospital’s strategic plan.  The SME will advise the Executive Sponsor (CEO) and Project Lead (Director, Strategic Project Management), and collaborate with senior leaders and key internal stakeholders to provide content expertise and guidance in the achievement of the hospital’s leader standard work system, including the development of a sustainability plan for the post-implementation project phase.
KEY Deliverables:
Working with the Executive Sponsor, Project Lead and engaging the Senior Leadership Team, the SME will:
 
Phase 1:  Help define the scope and vision of leader standard work

• Under take an organizational readiness assessment and gap analysis against the future state
• Provide recommendations in a report format to include the tactical approach
• Develop an implementation plan to close the gap, including knowledge, skill, and required corporate systems & supports
• Transfer of knowledge & information to Waypoint team members to support sustainability

• Provision of coaching and mentorship to the CEO with respect to implementing the plan
• Provision of coaching and mentorship to Senior Leadership Team with respect to implementing the plan
