Event Note

Qualified Mechanical and General Contractors are invited to submit a bids for the Modifications to the Toanche Building Boiler System at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care in Penetanguishene Ontario. Work to start immediately.

Each bid must be accompanied with a fully executed original Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price. Alternately Bidders may submit a certified cheque equal to 10% of the bid price. The successful proponent will be expected to submit a 50% performance and 50% labour and material bond

Bidders are advised that the recommended format for reproduction of the Specification is 8 ½ X 11. Reproduction of the drawings is recommended at a 24 X 36 .

A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 21st , 2017 at the Environmental Services Building, 500 Church Street, Penetanguishene, Ontario
