Sealed Tenders, clearly marked “Yonge Street Rehabilitation, Contract No. PW-2020-01” with affixed Tender Bid Receipt Label, will be received by the Public Works Foreman located at 172 Ontario Street, Burk’s Falls, ON P0A 1C0 until:
11:59:59 A.M., Local Time, Thursday, April 23, 2020

The Village of Burk’s Falls will accept tenders in person at the address above. However, the use of mail or courier for delivery of a tender will be at the sole risk of the Bidder and no consideration will be given to tenders deposited after the advertised deadline.
Two (2) copies of the tender package, on the forms provided, as well as one electronic copy of all documents shall be submitted.
- The scope of works includes the full road rehabilitation from the intersection of Syples Street to Centre Street (excluding Ontario St Intersection). The rehabilitation work includes:
- Removals;
- Replacement of Storm Sewer and Appurtenances;
- Temporary water services and the replacement of the Watermain and Appurtenances;
- Asphalt Curb and Gutter;
- Concrete Sidewalk (From Syples St to Dimsdale);
- Road Works – Granulars, Grading, and Asphalt; and,
- Topsoil and Seeding
2. Additional provisional work, depending on grant funding, includes the rehabilitation scope above from Centre Street to Simpson Street.
