A site visit will be held on October 25, 2019, 10AM at U.S. Embassy Ottawa, 490 Sussex Drive. All prospective offerors will be invited to attend. For additional information or to arrange access to the site, please contact Mark Pawlikowski at 613-688-5366 or Rebecca Park at 613-688-5195 on or before October 23, 2019 and provide the names of all individuals planning to attend the site visit. Written and electronic offers will be accepted. Refer to the Request for Quotation for details on the offer submission.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at the above web address.
