The U.S. Embassy invites you to enter into a BPA with the U.S. Embassy Ottawa.
Attached is the BPA with terms and conditions applicable to future purchases of the
category of products. The U.S. Government intends to establish a Blanket
Purchase Agreement (BPA) to one or more responsible companies submitting fair and
reasonable prices for the following services:

Translation and Interpretation Services: Translating written material and
interpreting speech from English to French and vice versa.
