Description

The U.S. Embassy Ottawa requires a competitive quote on the supply and installation of office furniture. The vendor shall furnish all items required as listed in the pricing and detailed requirements section of this RFQ.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on March 20th at 10:00 A.M. EST at 490 Sussex Road.
Please submit name of company and personnel attending the onsite meeting in writing by email to ProcurementOttawa@state.gov by Monday March 18th, 2019.
Written Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal Enclosed 19CA5219Q0013 – on or before 4:00 P.M. EST on March 25th, 2019 to the address listed in the RFQ. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
Electronic offers may be submitted with “Proposal 19CA5219Q0013 Attached” listed in the subject line to the following email address ProcurementOttawa@state.gov on or before 4:00 P.M. EST on March 24th, 2019 which is one day prior to written proposal due date.
No electronic proposal will be accepted after this time.
