The U.S. Embassy Ottawa requires a competitive quote on the supply of a Mid-Size 5-passenger SUV type vehicle. The vendor shall furnish all items required as listed in the pricing and detailed requirements section of this RFQ.
Written Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal Enclosed 19CA5219Q0020 – on or before 4:00 P.M. EST on September 6th, 2019 to the address listed in the RFQ. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
Electronic offers may be submitted with “Proposal 19CA5219Q0020 Attached” listed in the subject line to the following email address ProcurementOttawa@state.gov on or before 4:00 P.M. EST on September 5th, 2019 which is one day prior to written proposal due date. No electronic proposal will be accepted after this time.
