Description

The U.S. Embassy Ottawa requires a competitive quote on the supply and installation of various rental tents, along with installation of Embassy tents for our Independence Day Celebration being held on July 4th, 2024. The vendor shall furnish all items required as listed in the pricing and detailed requirements section of this RFQ. Onsite viewing of current layout and proposed layout will be held on the 8th of March 2024, between the hours of 10:00 and 11:00. If you wish to attend, please email Cory Romain @ romaincl@state.gov with company name, vehicle information and all personnel who will be attending on or before 4:00 P.M. March 5th, 2024.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on the MERX website at the following link https://www.merx.com and U.S. Embassy website at the following link: https://ca.usembassy.gov/embassy-consulates/embassy/procurement/. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date.
