Frederick County Public Schools, MD (the “Lead Public Agency”), on behalf of the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance and all local and state government agencies, higher education and nonprofit entities that elect to access the Master Agreement is soliciting proposals to enter into a Master Agreement for Food Products and Distribution for K-12 and Other Public Agencies. The resulting contract may be awarded to multiple suppliers. The RFP is subject to the Lead Public Agency’s General Conditions & Instructions to Bidders.
