The City of Mesquite, TX (the “Lead Public Agency”), on behalf of the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance, the members of the advisory board and all local and state government agencies, higher education and nonprofit entities that elect to access the Master Agreement is soliciting proposals to enter into a Master Agreement for Energy Consulting and Management Services. The resulting contract may be awarded to multiple suppliers. The RFP is subject to the Lead Public Agency’s General Conditions & Instructions to Bidders.
