• Disinfection of Sanitary Treatment Facility process, equipment, concrete tank, and process piping 
• Site grading, including approximately 41,000 c.m. of common excavation to offsite fill area 
• Contaminated fill excavation, hauling, and disposal. Contamination includes PHC, PAH, SAR, 
copper. Coordination with environmental consultant to facilitate testing of soil and groundwater. 
Estimated 1,600 c.m. of contaminated soil, limits to be confirmed during excavation. 
• Site removals of sod, gravel, topsoil. Offsite topsoil stripping for berm fill placement 
• Dewatering of surge pond and sanitary treatment vault 
• Removal of surge pond liner and test pit investigation below liner 
• Demolition of 14 on site buildings 
• Relocation of 4 on site buildings 
• Removal of approximately 1,000 l.m. of shallow utility lines 
• Removal of approximately 500 l.m. of deep utility lines 
• Erosion and sediment control during and post-construction
