Description

The District invites Proposals, through this NRFP, for general Contracting Services for the
Reservoir, Watermain and Access Road Project. This project involves the following scope:
• the construction of a 1,375m3 epoxy coated steel tank reservoir,
• two watermains (360m each) in common trench, and
• an access road (new construction and reconstruction) to the project site,
approximately 1,180m in length.
• The project is located on an existing bedrock hill, for which tree clearing, brush
cutting, and rock blasting will be required for preparation of the reservoir site,
watermain trench alignment and the access road.
• Coordinating the construction of the reservoir by a pre-selected supplier. The
reservoir supplier has been selected via an RFQ process, for which, their scope will
be transferred to the General Contractor as part of this project NRFP scope. The
value of the purchase order is $765,300, of which 90% of the value will be
transferred to the successful Proponent of this NRFP.
