RFQ for:
Design‐Assist services 
o  Undertake a review of contract documents at 60%, 90%, and 100% design submission
o  Provide feedback to the design team on aspects of constructability and procurement
o  Suggest alternative solutions to reduce cost, improve constructability, advance schedule, etc.
o  Provide input into forecast cash flows for construction
Construction of a bridge crossing over the Bow River in Cochrane, Alberta
o  Clearing, topsoil stripping and rough grading at abutments 
o  Placement of in‐stream work platforms and isolation
o  Construction of bridge foundations
o  Construction of abutments, and piers within the Bow River channel
o  Erection of steel or concrete girders
o  Concrete and asphaltic road works, including bridge deck
o  Construction  of  bridge  railings  and  utility  conduit  installation  (storm,  sewer,  water,  shallow
utilities, etc.)
o  Pavement markings and signage
o  Street lighting
