DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

It is the intent of SLCN to use this RFP process to select a single qualified design-builder for the provision of the goods and/or services as described herein. SLCN request proposals from experienced design-builders for the provision of engineering and construction services for the Energy and Climate Retrofit of the Cultural Centre & Community Hall.
SLCN seeks to negotiate with a Proponent and enter into an Agreement for the provision of engineering and construction services generally in the form of contract using a Canadian Standard Construction Document CCDC 14-2013, for Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract with Supplementary Conditions as required.

At the time of issuance of this RFP a site meeting with Saddle Lake Cree Nation Representatives has been scheduled for June 29th at 9:00am MST.

Proponents should acknowledge by email their intent to attend the site meeting no later than 2023-06-23 at 12:00 p.m. local standard time.
