Description

The Owner invites Bids for construction of the work, which in general terms, will consist of the following:
- Upgrades to the blowers in the Golden Sewage Treatment Plant based on the one of the two
   following options:
   - Remove two existing centrifugal blowers from the Golden Sewage Treatment Plant (GSTP) lagoon
blower building and install three new rotary lobe positive displacement blowers in the GSTP lagoon
blower building. This will include installation of VFDs, and process piping connection, or
   - Add a third matching centrifugal blower to the existing STP blower room, and modify the air piping
to accommodate the new blower.
- Removal and replacement of the existing aeration equipment in both SBR tanks.
- Installation of a new odour control system (skid package) and a concrete slab outside of the existing
12th St Lift Station.
- Installation of a water service and sanitary service to the odour control system. Installation of a foul air pipe from the lift station to the odour control system.
- Commissioning of the blowers, aeration systems and odour control system.
- Electrical control and HVAC upgrades at the 12 th St Lift Station

The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 (2008) Stipulated Price Contract.
