Description

The Owner invites Bids for construction of the work, which in general terms, will consist of the following:

Installation of Owner supplied seating
Supply and installation of boulder seating
Installation of an asphalt wheelchair ramp
Supply and installation of ornamental fencing
Construction of concrete planters
Supply and installation of bike racks and waste receptacles
Construction of a timber trellis
Supply and installation of suspended string lighting
Supply and installation of “Optional Work” painted contour graphics

The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 (2008) Stipulated Price Contract.
