Description

The Owner invites bids for construction of the Work, which in general terms, will consist of the following:

Installation of two sand separators and associated piping and valves.
Installation of a waste solids tank.
Coring two holes through existing building walls and one through the existing floor for process piping.
Removal of a portion of the existing flow balancing tank housekeeping pad.
Connection of pneumatically actuated valves to existing compressed air system.
Installation of electrical panel for automated purge flushing.
Connection of electrical panel, instrumentation, and actuated valves to existing water treatment plant control system.
Reinforcing a section of the lawn for truck access to the tank.
Contractor must coordinate all water system shutdowns, tie-ins and removals work with Owner’s staff and the Consultant.
Start up and commissioning of the works.
