Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Lumby and District Seniors Citizens Housing Society (LDSCHS) to potential proponents for the provision of Architectural Services for an affordable seniors housing project in Lumby, BC. A majority of the funding for the project is being provided by BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund and CMHC’s Seed Funding with the potential involvement of CMHC’s Co-Investment Fund. The scope, requirements, and deliverables are further described in Section 2 – Requirements, Submission Format, And Evaluation of Proposals.

Proposals must be submitted electronically as a .pdf attachment in one file to dhoulihan@urbansystems.ca at or before the Submission Deadline. Proposals submitted after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted or evaluated. Proposals should be 15 mb or smaller.
