The Owner invites Tenders for construction of the work, which in general terms, will consist of the following:
To supply complete and tested radio systems for the following Phase 4 and 5 sites:

ACE Repeater Tower ACE 53 23 44.76N , 110 19 38.88W
Blackfoot Reservoir County of Vermilion River 53 17 23.24N , 110 10 17.06W
Kitscoty Reservoir Village of Kitscoty 53 20 43.64N , 110 20 00.67W
PRV County of Vermilion River 53 21 31.25N , 110 19 25.32W
Marwayne Reservoir Village of Marwayne 53 31 08.67N , 110 19 54.47W
Islay Reservoir County of Vermilion River 53 23 32.88N , 110 32 17.70W

These data radio systems will provide necessary IT connectivity between the Phase 4 and 5 sites and the SCADA host computers system located at the Transfer Water Station in Lloydminster, AB. Data traffic over these connections will be restricted to SCADA payload data and over the air
maintenance / configuration features provided by the data radio technology. No other data payload will be allowed to use the provided data bandwidth.
