3256.0006.02 - 2019 Infrastructure Rehabilitation 52nd Street

• Full depth rehabilitation of 52nd Street between 51st Avenue and 52nd Avenue and the 52nd Street
cul-de-sac north of 52nd Avenue (Highway 11A) in the Town of Rocky Mountain House consisting
of asphalt removal and replacement, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, concrete
driveway removal and replacement, deep utility removal and replacement, water and sanitary
service removal and replacement, storm manhole remove and replace, highway crossing (via
trenchless installation while maintaining traffic for each direction), abandonment of existing water
main, and restoration of any affected surface works to pre-construction state.
• Re-alignment of a portion of the watermain along 49th Street, between 49th Avenue and 47th
Avenue, along with a valve replacement. This will require the Contractor to have a walk through
with the Town operators to review the applicable valves to be shutdown prior to watermain tie-in.
• Valve installation along 46th Avenue and the Service Road adjacent to Highway 11
