The Owner invites Bids for construction of the work, which in general terms, will consist of the following:

• Dewater lagoon and pump waste liquid and sludge into the existing geotube
• Remove and dispose of the existing aeration system
• Provide and install a new geomembrane liner, complete with non-woven geotextile under-liner
• Provide and install a new aeration diffuser system
• Installation of aeration piping
