This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by The Department of Psychology on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of the Affective Science & Health Laboratory equipment (a custom and state-of the-art laboratory capable of integrated and dynamic assessment of experience, behavior, and physiology, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”) of the RFP document.
