This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) issued by Information and Instructional Technology Services of University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Highland Hall Wireless Network Equipment as further described in Appendix A, for the Rates established in Appendix C.
