DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
Design and Construction Management requires professional engineering, fabrication and installation services to supply and install new exterior commercial glazing in all existing locations on Level 6 of the Science Wing at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
The glazing replacement project includes for the replacement of approximately 120.0 square meters of exterior commercial glazing on Level 6 of the Science Wing. The glazing replacement will consist of a retrofit to the existing clear glazing.
The procurement may involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Proponents must achieve a minimum score of 70% of each rated criteria category, 1 through 3.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Milestone schedule:
Earliest Construction start date is the week of July 1, 2023. Construction shall be completed by September 15, 2023 to accommodate the closure of research spaces on Level 6 of the Science Wing.

Commence the Work                              January 5, 2023
Substantial Performance                       September 15, 2023
Occupancy                                              September 30, 2023
Ready-for-Takeover                                December 14, 2023
