The University of Toronto (University) is seeking responses to this RFP from qualified strategic management and advisory companies for services relating to the support of management and administrative functions across the University Planning, Design and Construction (UPDC) department, a portfolio within the office of Vice President, Operations and Real Estate Partnerships (OREP).
Upon receipt and review of the written submissions, up to three firms may be invited to make a presentation to an evaluation committee, during which Proponents will expand on their understanding of the scope of work and their understanding of the University’s goals. The interview is also intended to provide an opportunity for Proponents to further describe their working methodology, how they envision implementing the required work and how they will coordinate their efforts across the required tasks in order to deliver efficient and effective service to UPDC.
Proponents are to upload one (1) electronic copy (.pdf format) to MERX. The cover sheet of the proposal will bear the Proponent’s name together with the Project name and number with the words “Proposal Submission P888-21-085: Management and Administrative Support Services” clearly marked. Key components of the proposal are listed in Part E: Submission Requirements.

The term “local time” shall mean the time as measured by the time clock maintained by MERX.
Each Proponent is responsible for the upload of its Proposal to MERX. Proposals transmitted by email or sent by any other electronic means will not be considered. Proponents will not be able to upload their proposals after the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted via any other means. No exceptions will be made in the case of late delivery - including but not limited to – internet connection problems.
