Description

This RFSQ seeks to establish a shortlist of qualified mechanical and electrical engineering practices to form a shortlist of pre-qualified firms that will be included in the subsequent RFP for the design and construction of a licensed C-CL3 laboratory. Consultants should demonstrate a wide range of experience with CL3 in vivo and in vitro facilities, as well as different containment levels (CL4, and different types of CL3). Hospital operating experience, with similar level of complexity, may be included.

Proponents are to upload one (1) electronic copy (.pdf format) to MERX. The cover sheet of the proposal will bear the Proponent’s name together with the Project name and number and the words:

RFSQ Submission for a New C-CL3 Lab for the Faculty of Medicine

Proposals shall be uploaded to MERX before 3:00:00 PM on September 3, 2020 (the “Submission Deadline”):

The term “local time” shall mean the time as measured by the time clock maintained by MERX.

Submissions received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered. No exceptions will be made in the case of late delivery - including but not limited to – internet connection problems.

Each Proponent is responsible for the upload of its Proposal to MERX. Proposals transmitted by email or sent by any other electronic means will not be considered.
