The Department of Physical Therapy, located on the 7th floor of 500 University Ave. Rehabilitation Sciences Building, is planning an expansion of teaching labs.
Total Gross Floor Area for the project is approximately 459 sq. m. Breakdown as follow:
Minor Renovation 352 sq.m.
Major Renovation 107 sq.m.

Event Note

The purpose of the tour is to provide all Proponents with an opportunity to view the existing conditions of the Project. Please note that attendance at the tour is optional and the University will maintain and release a record of attendance.

Attendees will assemble at the main entrance lobby of the building. Proponents should limit their team’s attendance to maximum 2 team members. It is unlikely that mechanical and electrical rooms will be accessed. Proponents are asked to confirm their attendance, via email to jacq.liu@utoronto.ca, by Friday, September 30, 2022, at 5pm . Attendees at the optional site tour must wear a medical grade facial mask.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponents shall upload one (1) electronic copy (.pdf format) to MERX. The term “local time” shall mean the time as measured by the time clock maintained by MERX. Submissions received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered. No exceptions will be made in the case of late delivery - including but not limited to – internet connection problems. Proponents will not be able to upload their proposals after the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted via any other means.
