Description

The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from qualified Architects for professional services relating to the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy Building Master Plan located at 144 College Street at the St. George campus. The goal of the LDFP Master Plan project is the creation of a document that will establish a long-term plan for the building. The document will identify the necessary capital projects to support students, faculty and the aspirations of the Pharmacy program as a global leader in the field of pharmaceutical science innovation, education, practice and research.

Proponents are to upload one (1) electronic copy (.pdf format) to MERX. The cover sheet of the proposal will bear the Proponent’s name together with the Project name and number and the words “Proposal Submission P161-21-100: Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy Building Master Plan” clearly marked. Submissions received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered. No exceptions will be made in the case of late delivery - including but not limited to – internet connection problems. Each Proponent is responsible for the upload of its Proposal to MERX. Proposals transmitted by email or sent by any other electronic means will not be considered.
