The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from Design-Build teams for full services and work related to the demolition of 100 College Street at the University of Toronto St. George campus. The building is an approximately 110,000sf (10,220sm) brick building consisting of six above-grade and two below-grade storeys.

This site tour is not a full building tour and will be focused on mechanical/electrical spaces and the service tunnel – requests to visit specific spaces outside of these areas must be submitted in advance by 2:00pm on the day before the tour.
This tour is optional and is open to Design-Builders and their subtrades / consultants. Per the RFP, and as clarified in Addendum 1, Design-Builders (not subcontractors and consultants) must have attended the first site-tour held on January 26, 2024 for their submissions to be considered compliant.
