The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from qualified Architects for professional services relating to the renovation of the University College (UC) Laidlaw Wing for the Centre for Drama, Theatre & Performance Studies (CDTPS) at the St. George campus. The renovation includes the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Laidlaw Wing.

Proponents are to upload one (1) electronic copy (.pdf format) to MERX. The term “local time” shall mean the time as measured by the time clock maintained by MERX. Each Proponent is responsible for the upload of its Proposal to MERX. Proposals transmitted by email or sent by any other electronic means will not be considered. Proponents will not be able to upload their proposals after the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted via any other means. No exceptions will be made in the case of late delivery - including but not limited to – internet connection problems.
