DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Travel and Expense Reimbursement Solution
The Finance Division of the Governing Council of the University requires a Travel and Expense Reimbursement Solution.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, September 18, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term is three (3) years with the option to extend for (3) additional terms of two (2) years each for a total of nine (9) years.

The University will base its selection of initial Proposal score for qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
